(HOME)~*~ Terms of Use ~*~*Once you purchase my pages you are permitted to make changes to the TEXT only. *You may add in items such as music, dollz, game images, backdoor images and etc. *You are NOT permitted to use the page graphics on any other set or in any other manner then the league page. *You are NOT allowed to resell, redistribute in any manner. *You also agree to keep my copyright visible on the page at all times. --TERMS OF USE-- Please read before you purchase or use anything from either my main site or my template site. By purchasing any league pages, business pages or personal pages from Traceys Designs you agree to the following terms of use. --League Pages-- 1. All pages, unless otherwise stated in our contract must keep my copyright on them at all times. 2. If you purchase a league main page and the league gets deleted, then the page made for that league can no longer be used. 3. If you purchase a page for a league and then decide to leave the league.. the page stays with the league it was purchased for. 4. After purchasing a main league page from Traceys Designs you decide to change the backgrounds and images, my copyright for the template MUST stay on the page. 5. After purchasing a main league page from Traceys Designs you decide to use the images / backgrouns on another page then you must first obtain permsission from Traceys Designs to do so. 6. ALL orders must be paid in advanced before work will begin on them. 7. ALL orders must have an Order Form filled out before work will begin on them. 8. NO REFUNDS unless Traceys Designs ends the contract with you. 9. If you order a main page and the I make the page as you request, change your mind on the images and colors to be used, there will be an additional $10 fee. 10. I will ONLY do text changes for the first 2 days after the page is completed. After that there will be a $5 - $10 charge depending on what you need added in or changed. 11. All transactions pertaining to your page need to be done via email ONLY, not on my YIM. * If at anytime I find that my pages are being missused, my copyright is removed, they are being used for porn, drugs or any other type of illegal activity... I will end my contract with you ASAP and you will NOT get a refund of any type!! --Free templates on the Tracey's Designs site-- 1. You are permitted to make changes to the templates, including text and graphics. 2. You are NOT permitted to use them on any design site with free or commercial pages without prior getting written permission from myself. 3. You may NOT claim the layout copyright. If you change the graphics in the layout you may put on the page Designed by YOUR NAME, layout copyright Tracey's Designs 4. You may NOT use the backgrounds or images provided on the "free" templates on any other site or in any other set 99% of all the backgroun sets are made by me using PSP * Removing my copyright off any layout/page will get your business, site or league put in the Tracey's Designs Hall of Shame page. --Personal Pages-- 1. All pages, unless otherwise stated in our contract must keep my copyright on them at all times. 2. ALL orders must be paid in advanced before work will begin on them. 3. ALL orders must have an Order Form filled out before work will begin on them. 4. NO REFUNDS unless Tracey's Designs ends the contract with you. 5. I will end my contract with you ASAP and you will NOT get a refund of any type. --Hosting-- I host all images on my server at no additional cost. If your league is deleted you will have 30 days to inform me that you wish to keep the images/page or the images will be removed and will not be recovered. If at anytime I find that the images/backgrounds are being used on an illegal site containing porn, drugs or any other illegal material, I will pull the images off my server no warning to you. --Timeline for pages being completed-- Once payment and order forms have been received it will take 10-14 days for your page to be delivered to you. Please also note that I do have business hours set and those are the times that I work on pages. --NOTICE TO OTHER DESIGNERS-- You must first obtain permission from me to use my layouts for your business in designing pages. Please submit an email with your site link and your YIM contact name. If you would like use of a layout without my name appearing on the layout then you can purchase one. It will be designed to your specifications and your copyright will be placed on there. If you decide to use my layouts without giving me proper credit then you are stealing from me and as one designer to another if you dont want people ripping you .. dont rip me! --Payment Policy-- ALL payments need to be made before any work on any page is to begin. If you send in an e-check, work on page will not begin till the check clears. NO REFUNDS!!!! All sales are final and no refunds will be given unless Tracey's Designs ends the contract with you.
